Philosophy
Our home from home setting treats each child as the unique individual they are. We provide a holistic approach to learning, emphasising the importance of nurturing children's physical, emotional and psychological well-being.
We follow each child's learning path by offering support and scaffolding in accordance to the particular areas personal to them.
Occasional trips out to Woodlands, Museums, Animal and Wildlife parks help our children to connect with the world around and learn in a way that supports their individual needs.
Differences are respected, strengths are identified and development is enhanced.
Sessions are planned and adapted according to advancement and focus.
Qualified and Experienced
Our team of qualified, experienced and registered Early Years Educators have been supporting children and families for over 20 years.
Our Managers are Level 5 Early Years Educators and each of our team members are qualified or completing their qualifications.
We all have full, enhanced LA checks, an enhanced DBS on the update service, Level 3 Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding Level 2 or higher and Level 2 Food Hygiene as a basic requirement.
Monthly training ensures that we are always up to date with any changes and improves our knowledge, allowing us to focus on areas of interest that will enhance the outcomes for children.
